If you attempt to process an order and the order is not accepted for any reason (billing address incorrect, etc.) your bank will put an authorization hold on the funds in the amount of the attempted purchase. DO NOT attempt to process multiple times because the bank will put a hold for the amount of the purchase each time you attempt to process unsuccessfully. Please contact us by phone or email and we will help process your order without incurring additional holds. We DO NOT take the funds out of your account unless the order is processed successfully and you have a confirmation number. If you have questions about timing for the release of check card holds contact your bank directly. Each bank has its own policy in this regard. We will not be responsible for any overdrafts that result from authorization holds.

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase, as long as the product(s) is/are unopened. You can return the merchandise by shipping it to the address on the invoice included in the package. Please ensure that there is sufficient packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or the order number for faster processing. After receiving the merchandise, we will issue a refund within 2 business days. NOTE: If you are requesting a refund for a returned package and the item(s) does not, in our opinion, have a verifiable manufacturer defect we will issue a refund to your credit card for the amount of purchase LESS our shipping cost (if we paid shipping to you). If you refuse a package and we paid shipping you will be refunded the purchase amount less our shipping cost for the shipment AND return.
After 30 days, please refer to the individual item for the manufacturer's warranty. Of course, we are always glad to assist you in contacting any manufacturer for assistance. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Prices are subject to change according to manufacturer pricing. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, we reserve the right to correct any information, including pricing and/or product description errors, at any time.

Images on the site may differ slightly from the item you receive due to manufacturer changes that are beyond our control. Peace & Blessings will not be responsible for return shipping on any item that looks different than the picture listed but is the correct merchandise ordered. However, we will gladly refund or exchange any item the customer returns during the return period.
